Come to the Cabaret!
Come to the Cabaret is a BRAND-NEW class designed for performers who have a true appreciation for music and want to experience what goes into creating a show from the ground up! Throughout the class, participants will work together to develop their very own original cabaret - from choosing a theme and selecting the perfect repertoire to creating a running order, developing transitions, staging musical numbers, and bringing the entire performance to life.
Students will have the opportunity to explore a wide variety of musical styles while learning how individual songs can come together to tell a larger story. Along the way, they’ll strengthen their performance skills, collaborate creatively with their fellow performers, and gain hands-on experience in the artistic decisions that happen both onstage and behind the scenes.
The session will culminate in a fully staged cabaret performance created by the students themselves! Class price includes all materials needed for class use.
Open to performers in grades 7-12.
Classes: Mondays, 8:00pm-9:00pm.

October 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th
November 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th
December 7th (Cabaret Day)
Our policies:
Full refunds will be given prior to the first class.
For refunds requested after the first class, only 1/2 the cost will be refunded.
For refunds requested after the first month of class, no refund will be given.
If a student misses a class, there are no refunds given.
If a teacher cancels a class, there will be another class added to the end of the term.
